  • DAY 1

    Airport - Hunumulla

    Pick-up at the airport and short transfer for lodging located in the heart of a coconut estate, 25 minutes from the airport. Enjoy the pool, the garden and the special atmosphere created by the majestic coconut trees.

    Hunumulla is located in the proximity of Negombo, a typical fishing town within close proximity to the airport surrounded by swanky plantations of coconut palms whilst inhaling the soul of the sea. Its economy is largely based on tourism and its centuries-old fishing trade. Negombo is also known for its delectable seafood on galore.

  • DAY 2

    Hunumulla

    It is time to get a first glimpse of Sri Lankan country life, a Tuk-Tuk will take you to the nearby village area surrounding the coconut plantation. Visit a pineapple farm, learn about the different plants and spices, visit a coir factory and see weavers at work. Afternoon at leisure to enjoy the pool or an optional excursion to Negombo or Colombo can be arranged against supplement.

  • DAY 3

    Hunumulla - Kandy

    After breakfast, first stop of the day, Millennium Elephant Foundation is a registered charity which is committed to improving the wellbeing of Elephants in Sri Lanka. The foundation provides the new way of an experiencing Elephants in an ethical manner.

    In the afternoon proceed to Kandy is one of Sri Lanka’s most gorgeous towns and most visited city after Colombo. The highlight in Kandy is the golden roofed ‘Dalada Maligawa’, where the sacred tooth relic of Lord Buddha is treasured. There are many shrines and temples in the vicinity, where you can experience rare frescoes, murals, and artefacts.

  • DAY 4

    Kandy - Ramboda

    If you are a city dweller, look no further and visit Ramboda Falls, assuring you serenity and peace just by watching. Immerse in the natural world, which includes Butterflies, Wild boar, Rabbit, Deer, Mousedeer and Monkeys. Relish the wonderful scenery of the hills and plush green valleys.

    Visiting a Tea Factory will allow you to understand, every phase of the making of tea and get a notion on why some teas taste differently. Most tours will conclude with a tea tasting session of the different products cultivated at the plantation.

    In the afternoon, drive back to Kandy.

    End of Tour

    Transfer to the airport for flight back or transfer to your beach hotel. Possibility to add an extra night at before departure.
